2. some parts of Seoul remain intact, away from the busy life of Korea. I’ve been a fan of travel documentaries eversince and I’d say that Seoul gives a feeling of balance to all koreans, tourists and the like as it offers the best of what the country has to offer. fast paced yet culturally acceptable. that’s how a country should progress. never forgetting the ones that made their country what it is as of today, just like in Seoul

1. I’d have to pick Seoul as my favorite. Korea has been known to the world because of its dramas, but as I see it there’s more to Seoul or Korea as a whole than just dramas. Seoul has been my favorite because you get to taste a piece of what korea has to offer. even if its the center of everything and people just keeps on changing to keep up with current demands, I like the fact that they still try to preserve their culture through infrastructures, festivals and of course speaking hangul.

Seoul is like the hanbok, proudly displaying the playful, vibrant colors of the present against the solid comforting backdrop of the past. Palaces coexist with skyscrapers; tradition bolster technology and the Han River a steady reminder of change and constancy. You can never be tired of Seoul. It is, after all, the capital city in the land of the morning calm. Like a flower, it spreads its most tempting petals: food, entertainment, business, heritage and people. What more can you ask for?
