I’ve been to the hotel del Coronado many times… I never sensed her presence. I’ve walked by 3327 & I didn’t see her. But, if she does haunt the hotel, I wouldn’t be surprised, considering how tragic and sad her death was. I wonder if her sickness was pregnancy… it’s not the sort of thing that would have been reported in the papers, back then. I can image Kate would have been really distraught — abandoned & with a baby… scandalous for her era.
